These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PickleSportsHub.PH (the "Platform"), operated in the Philippines. By creating an account, booking a court, joining an open play, registering for a tournament, or applying as an operator, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account and make payments on the Platform.
Court bookings, open-play registrations, and tournament entries are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed through PayMongo using GCash, Maya, QR PH, or supported debit/credit cards. PSH does not store your full card details. All prices are shown and charged in Philippine pesos (₱) and include any applicable platform fees, which are disclosed before checkout.
Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are shown on the booking confirmation and may vary by venue or session type. Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method. PSH and venue operators reserve the right to cancel a booking due to venue closures, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected players will be offered a full refund or rebooking.
Operators applying to list courts on PSH must provide accurate venue, court, and pricing information and keep their schedules up to date. Approved operators agree to honor confirmed bookings and to the platform commission structure disclosed during onboarding (currently 10% per confirmed booking). PSH reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove operator listings that violate these Terms or provide a poor player experience. Full operator-specific terms — subscription plans, commission, payouts, and suspension policy — are set out in the Operator Terms, which apply in addition to this section.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to bypass payment, interfere with other users' bookings, or access accounts or data that are not yours. Conduct that endangers the safety of other players or staff at a venue may result in account suspension.
PSH facilitates bookings between players and independent venue operators but does not own or operate the venues. To the extent permitted by law, PSH is not liable for injuries, property loss, or disputes arising at a venue, though we will assist in resolving booking and payment issues raised through our support channel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
